COUNTRYSIDE’S TEAMS

 

At CountrySide Gymnastics, we are proud that we have created a great boys and girls team program.

Preteam is the first level of our competitive program. Both boys and girls can compete in non-sanctioned meets. Girls are allowed to compete in sanctioned meets at the Preteam level.

Levels 4 and up for boys and girls compete in USAG sanctioned meets.

Compulsory Levels:

Compulsory levels in gymnastics mean everyone performs the same routine in the same order. The routines are choreographed by USA Gymnastics. For girls, the same floor music is used.

The compulsory levels are 4-6 for girls and Levels 4-7 make up the compulsory levels for boys.

Optional Levels:

In the upper levels, gymnasts can choreograph the routine in whatever order he or she chooses, but a certain level of skills has to be in each routine. A female gymnast can choose floor music that fits her personality.

The optional levels are 7-10 for girls and 8-10 for boys. These gymnasts have been competing for many years and have much experience with different difficulty skills.
